Beyond odor and stain removal, this versatile product can also be used to clean and brighten acid-sensitive tile and grout, or as a booster additive for smoke restoration, wall washing, and general deodorizing.

Amazing Odor & Stain Remover gives you the cleaning power of chlorine bleach—with none of the downsides like color loss, corrosion, or strong residual odor.

Dilution

• Odor removal or grout cleaning: Mix 1 cup (8 oz) per gallon of hot water (120°F or hotter).

• As a booster: Add 2 oz per gallon of cleaning solution.

• Injection sprayer: Add 4 oz to a 5-quart container.

The hotter the water, the better the performance.

Usage Tips

• Water temperature and local water hardness can affect foaming and solubility—neither impacts cleaning performance.

• When using with a truck-mount, ensure your chemical feed is turned off if running an acid rinse, as it can reduce product effectiveness.

Instructions for Moderate to Heavy Surface Treatment

When furniture prevents full carpet pull-back, Amazing Odor & Stain Remover allows quick and effective surface treatment.

Precautions:

• For use only on concrete subfloors.

• Not recommended for wool or natural fibers.

You’ll Need:

• Amazing Odor & Stain Remover

• Portable extractor

• 5-gallon bucket

• Sub-surface extraction tool (e.g., Water Claw)

• Air mover

Steps:

1. Dilute 8 oz per gallon of hot water (over 120°F).

2. Saturate the affected area generously, extending beyond the visible stain.

3. Agitate gently using a groomer or wand (no vacuum).

4. Allow 30 minutes dwell time.

5. Extract thoroughly—no rinse required.

6. Dry completely using an air mover.

Pro Tip: Apply at the beginning of a job to allow dwell time while setting up equipment.

Instructions for Heavy to Extreme Contamination

You’ll Need:

• Amazing Odor & Stain Remover

• Portable extractor

• Replacement padding

• Pad tape

• Utility knife

• 6 mil plastic sheeting

• Masking tape

Steps:

1. Pull back the carpet and remove contaminated padding.

2. If subfloor is contaminated, seal it after cleaning and neutralizing with an appropriate subfloor sealer.

3. Line the area with 6 mil plastic, overlapping clean pad by 6 inches.

4. Lay the carpet over the plastic and apply Amazing Odor & Stain Remover (approx. 5 sq. ft. coverage per gallon).

5. Use your wand (no solution) to distribute evenly; allow 30 minutes dwell time.

6. Extract thoroughly.

7. Install new padding and reinstall carpet per IICRC guidelines.

Post-Treatment Tips

• Slight stiffness after drying is normal—vacuum thoroughly once dry.

• If lightening occurs, a quick rinse with water or mild acid rinse will restore uniform color.
